The normal rate for technical support on site (your place) is 35 Euros per hour, plus the shipping and parts cost. For technical support in our workshop we charge 25 euros per hour, plus the shipping and parts cost.
You can have lower rates when you become a member with us.
The only thing you must do is register with us so you can see how much you will save in this way.
* Membership costs 30 Euros per year and you will have access to online help tutorials, email support , Instant Message Support as well as telephone support if required. |

We provide these services to our members with lower rates.
We maintain Laptops and Personal Computers with Windows Operating systems only.
